Utility Modeling/Measurement Technician:

Data management pertaining to manufacturing tool facility requirements.

Technical Environment
The services need to be performed onsite at the Intel Ronler Acres campus in Hillsboro OR. May require trips into the fab buildings (Subfab/Utility Level) including D1B RB1 D1C RP1 D1D RFS2 MSB and D1X.
Equipment tools and supplies will be provided by Intel.
Because of the unique operating environment in the FAB Kelly Services must ensure that workers comply with the following:
Have a high level of Safety Awareness
Be able to work in the Subfab.
Occasional walking and standing.
Frequent Desk Work.
Frequently perform repetitive tasks with high attention to detail.
Follow comprehend and complete verbal and written instructions.
Required to work in multiple factories and the ability to walk long distances of up to a quarter mile between factories.

Requirements:
a. Ability to read and comprehend supplier manuals and AutoCAD drawings/PDF files.
b. Able to read dimension details from a construction design drawing
c. Ability to use Microsoft Excel Microsoft Access.
d. Able to use Microsoft Outlook to take emailed task direction from multiple customers and plan time accordingly using Calendar.

Preferable qualifications:
a. Database/Data Entry experience; 13 years
b. AutoCAD experience

Job Tasks Example:
a. Primary
i. Load supplier SEED data in to UDS Database and/or upload to FDS.
ii. Update tool lists in MOR Database
iii. Run reports in excel/access and prepare for engineering analysis.
iv. Review weekly facility data indicators and follow up with outliers.
v. Manage the facility tool measurement process.
vi. Follow up with tool install engineering factory module engineers and industrial engineers to determine go by models to be used for unique tool adds.
