Are you ready to work as part of a multidisciplinary team to consult on design and development of client projects and to evaluate energyrelated projects or programs to meet or exceed energy rating standards We are looking for an EngergyStar licensed individual ready to lead a team along with an operations manager that performs technical research at federal and state levels so our clients remain consistent and compliant with Energy applications for various industries.

Perform Energy Star Certifications for single and multifamily residential properties.
Prepare energy audit reports containing energy analysis results or recommendations for energy cost savings.
Perform energy modeling to evaluate energy savings of building envelope mechanical plumbing and electrical systems.
Review preliminary design drawings to identify and recommend energyefficient opportunities to improve chances of qualifying for Energy Star.
Prepare and complete Energy Star checklist and specification sheets for energy improvements and inspection requirements.
Inspect newly installed energyefficient equipment to ensure that it was installed properly and is performing according to specifications.
Collect onsite building photos and testing results to analyze field data related to energy usage.
Perform field tests such as blowerdoor and duct blaster tests.
Analyze energy bills and utility rates to gather energy usage data.
Assess pricing scoping and benefit analysis requests toward generating Letter of Engagements ( LOEs ) for potential Energy clientele.
Provide and build job training for others on how to complete Energy Star certifications.
Supports the Sales team with client prospects and technical guidance.
Manage the Energy Star Study progress between sales team client and independent engineering for prequalification assessment site visit and final report compilation.
Develops and sustains excellent client relationships to ensure timely reception of supporting data as each study progresses toward completion in accordance with project deadlines.
Ensure quality control of all Energy calculations and reports.
Manage and assign HERS Raters on Energy Star projects.
Requirements
Five plus years of experience in Energy Star Consulting Required
EPA Energy Star Partner Certification Required
RESNET Home Energy Rating System ( HERS ) Rater certification
45L Federal Tax Credit Experience Highly desirable
DOE NET Zero Ready Homes certification A Plus
Knowledge of Energy Star ASHRAE 90.1 and IECC Standards
Experience with Trane TRACE 700 REM/Rate or other energy modeling software
