Energy Efficiency Auditor

1. Conduct comprehensive energy audits for commercial industrial and residential facilities in accordance with established standards and protocols.
2. Evaluate energy consumption patterns and identify areas for improvement to enhance energy efficiency.
3. Analyze building systems including HVAC lighting and insulation to identify inefficiencies and recommend costeffective solutions.
4. Review utility bills and meter data to assess energy usage trends and patterns.
5. Develop detailed energy audit reports outlining findings recommendations and potential cost savings opportunities.
6. Collaborate with clients to prioritize energy efficiency measures based on their goals budget and timeline.
7. Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and stakeholders on energyefficient technologies and best practices.
8. Stay updated on industry trends regulations and emerging technologies related to energy efficiency.

1. Bachelors degree in Engineering Environmental Science or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
2. Proven experience conducting energy audits and assessments preferably in the KSA region.
3. Strong knowledge of energy management principles energy systems and building codes/regulations.
4. Familiarity with energy modeling software and tools for data analysis (e.g. RETScreen EnergyPlus eQUEST).
5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify energysaving opportunities.
6. Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
7. Certification as a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or similar credentials is highly desirable.
8. Willingness to travel within the KSA region as needed.
