Energy Audit Project Manager

This is a remote position.

Fullservice engineering firm with tradition and reputation that goes back over 40 years looking to add an Energy Audit Project Manager!

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior management with project implementation (all phases)
  
• Collect duration sequence and lead times from contractors and other partners
  
• Create schedule updates with input from management/direct partners
  
• Responsible for the distribution of schedule/schedule updates
  
• Lead project (establish structure direction and approach)
  
• Manage assigned support staff/subcontractors
  
• Project Startup responsibilities including:
  

o Administer checklist as directed

o Read/understand Prime Contract

o Read/understand project specific documentation requirements

o Draft guidelines and standard operating procedures

• Assist with Project Contract Administration including:
  

o Coordinate administrative submittals

o Generate monthly applications for payment as directed

o Conduct coordination meetings

o Work with Senior Management for meeting preparation

o Provide project schedule updates

o Identify/communicate urgent issues

o Notify team of delay/additional cost

o Ensure all requirements of Prime Contract are met

o Oversee project closeout in a timely manner

• Subcontract Administration duties
  

o Ensure insurance certification are in good standing

o Resolve subcontractor regarding scopes of work

o Attend/participate in contractor coordination meetings

o Work with Construction Liaisons regarding contractor performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering Energy Management Environmental Science or related field
  
• 5 years of experience in conducting energy audits and analyzing energy consumption
  
• Experience serving utility clients/assisting in the delivery of their weatherization energy efficiency programs and energy usage reduction programs.
  
• Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) preferred
  

Salary is commensurate with experience.
