Our client are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Solicitor to join their thriving Employment team based in Manchester. The successful candidate will play a key role in our commitment to providing exceptional legal services in the field of Employment law.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Legal Expertise: The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in Employment law with a focus on matters related to equality and discrimination. Demonstrable experience in employment tribunal cases is highly desirable. We are looking for candidates with around 36 PQE.

  • Client Management: Manage client relationships including conducting client meetings providing legal advice and leading negotiations on complex Employment law matters.

  • Supervision and Leadership: Demonstrate leadership skills through supervision and/or line management responsibilities within the team.

  • Commercial Acumen: Exhibit a commercial mindset with a focus on chargeable hours and billing to contribute to the overall financial success of the firm.
