Leena AI is seeking a passionate and experienced Employee Engagement Consulting Manager/ Senior Manager to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our consulting practice. In this midlevel leadership position you will be responsible for defining the vision building a highperforming team and delivering exceptional advisory services that drive employee engagement and organizational success for our clients.
Leadership and Vision Setting:
- Partner with senior leadership to craft a compelling vision for the People Science Consulting department that aligns with Leena AIs overall strategic goals.
- Foster a culture of innovation and strategic thinking within the team encouraging the exploration of new ideas and approaches to drive client impact.
- Communicate effectively and transparently with team members ensuring clear direction and alignment with department goals.
Team Management and Development:
- Recruit lead and develop a talented team of People Science Consultants fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment where continuous learning and growth are prioritized.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement personalized development plans to help team members reach their full potential.
- Empower and delegate tasks effectively promoting professional ownership and accountability within the team.
Advisory Services Excellence:
- Oversee the development and delivery of highquality employee engagement advisory services ensuring they are tailored to client needs and deliver measurable results.
- Stay at the forefront of the industry by identifying and integrating emerging trends and best practices into your service offerings.
- Develop and maintain thought leadership content to showcase expertise and attract potential clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key clients actively listening to their needs and concerns.
- Tailor and present consulting solutions that demonstrably address client challenges and drive strategic objectives.
- Be the account manager for key large strategic accounts maintaining relationship and rapport with client senior leadership team
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through clear communication proactive problemsolving and timely delivery of services.
Sales Support and Business Development:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and qualify new opportunities for expanding employee engagement solutions
- Provide strategic input for proposal development and actively participate in client presentations to secure new business.
- Contribute to the development of client success stories and case studies to showcase the impact of your services.
Intellectual Property (IP) Development Collaboration:
- Partner with the product development team to identify synergies between consulting services and product offerings.
- Leverage insights from client interactions to inform the development of proprietary tools methodologies and frameworks that enhance service delivery and value for clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Organizational Development Psychology or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in employee engagement consulting or Human capital consulting
- Proven track record of delivering impactful consulting solutions for clients.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in coaching and development.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
- Ability to stay current on industry trends and best practices.
