Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field
• Proven experience in email marketing or a similar role
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms and tools
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics and KPIs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template customization
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems
• Ability to create compelling and persuasive copy for emails
• Understanding of CANSPAM and GDPR regulations
• Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy
