Job Summary:
As the Email Delivery Operations Manager at Kasplo you will be responsible for overseeing the entire email delivery process ensuring optimal deliverability rates client satisfaction and effective team management. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of email delivery operations client communication and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
Email Deliverability:
- Monitor and optimize email deliverability rates to ensure high inbox placement.
- Implement industry best practices to maintain a positive sender reputation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve email delivery issues promptly.
Client Satisfaction:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding email delivery operations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and ensure their satisfaction.
- Proactively address client concerns and implement feedback for continuous improvement.
Team Management:
- Lead and manage a highperforming email operations team.
- Provide guidance mentorship and training to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture to enhance productivity.
Strategic Planning:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance service offerings.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve overall email delivery performance.
Performance Analysis:
- Conduct regular performance analysis of email campaigns and make datadriven recommendations.
- Utilize analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of email delivery strategies.
CrossFunctional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including IT marketing and sales to ensure seamless integration of email services.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align email delivery strategies with business objectives.
Compliance:
- Stay informed about email regulations and compliance standards.
- Ensure that email operations adhere to relevant legal and industry compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- Proven 3 years experience in email delivery operations and management.
- Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and related technologies.
Requirements:
- Team management expertise with a focus on communication training and motivation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in optimizing email delivery processes and implementing efficiency improvements.
- Strong understanding of email deliverability metrics authentication protocols and client interaction.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee endtoend operations including ticket management and incident resolution.
