Tasks

• Build a cold email outreach process
• Build a list of qualified prospects for outreach
• Build multiple cold outreach scripts to be sent out to prospects (our end goal is to have them try and join our platform), we are open to ideas on how this can be done within the script whether it is to offer a phone call, audit, etc for the value providing an aspect of the cold email.
• Put together the sequences in a cold emailing software, we do not currently have one so open to ideas on what to use, ideally, you would already have the software for this, e.g: lemlist, active campaign, etc.
• Create & organize email content and templates
• Track and analyze the performance of email activities using KPIs, relaying actionable insights back to the team on a weekly and monthly basis
• Demonstrated technical expertise in email marketing and email design best practices
• Ensure compliance and best practices with CanSpam, CASL, GDPR and others

Requirements

• Excellent English copywriting skills
• Experience in cold emailing
• Experience in email marketing
• Strong attention to detail

A proven record of past experience is welcome.
