Email Marketing Intern

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and executing email marketing campaigns and strategies
• Support the development of email content including copywriting design and A/B testing
• Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance metrics
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize email deliverability and engagement
• Segment and manage email lists for targeted communication
• Assist in maintaining and updating the email marketing calendar
• Monitor and report on email campaign performance and KPIs
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in email marketing
• Support in creating and testing landing pages for email campaigns
• Assist in optimizing email for mobile and different devices
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts
• Assist in managing the email marketing software and tools
• Contribute to the overall digital marketing efforts by providing support in other areas as needed
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team as required

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing Communications or a related field
• Strong understanding of email marketing principles and best practices
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp Constant Contact)
• Experience with HTML/CSS and email template design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of data analytics and interpretation
• Knowledge of SEO and its application to email marketing
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Detailoriented with strong organizational and timemanagement skills
• Proactive and selfmotivated with a strong desire to learn
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in email marketing
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong creative and analytical thinking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
