Email Marketing Associate

• Develop engaging email templates and materials that adhere to brand standards and target audiences preferences
  
• Plan execute and analyse endtoend email marketing campaigns using Adobe Experience Manager
  
• Create and apply strategies for segmentation personalisation and A/B testing to enhance campaign outcome effectiveness
  
• Construct and uphold automated email sequences to facilitate a seamless customer experience
  
• Implement lead nurturing programmes to enhance engagement and conversion rates
  
• Administer and categorise email databases to facilitate communications that are both personalised and directed at specific groups
  
• Perform comprehensive testing on email campaigns to guarantee consistent performance across multiple devices and email platforms
  
• Closely engage with various team members including designers and marketing strategists to ensure alignment between email campaigns and overarching marketing objectives
  

Requirements

• Open to work during UK or US business hours
  
• Bachelor s degree in information technology marketing communications or similar area of study
  
• 24 years of practical experience in crafting and disseminating emails through platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager Pardot Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Marketo
  
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns
  
• Proficiency in the use of marketing automation tools strategies for nurturing leads and techniques for effective market segmentation
  
• Expertise in leveraging HTML/CSS to design and customise email templates
  
• Comprehensive understanding of email marketing best practices encompassing deliverability engagement metrics and adherence to regulatory compliance
  
• Solid oral and written English to ensure effective communication
  
• Effective interpersonal and teamwork abilities to successfully collaborate with various groups
  
• Knowledge/interest in capital markets funds and asset management (preferred)
