As an an Ellucian Banner Project Manager you have a strong background in managing Ellucian Banner ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of project management experience with substantial knowledge of Ellucian products and modules such as Student Finance and Financial Aid. Additionally the candidate should possess technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the planning execution and successful delivery of Banner projects within our higher education environment.

What youll be doing:

• Direct comprehensive Ellucian Banner projects from initiation to completion ensuring alignment with institutional goals and objectives.
• Engage with academic and administrative stakeholders to develop detailed project scopes goals and deliverables.
• Create and manage detailed project plans including resource allocation budgeting and scheduling.
• Leverage indepth understanding of Ellucian Banner modules to drive project decisions and deliverables that meet business needs.
• Guide mentor and coordinate project teams to ensure effective collaboration and project progress.
• Apply technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to ensure that cloudbased solutions are implemented effectively.
• Proactively manage project risks and issues developing mitigation and contingency plans.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication across project teams vendors and stakeholders.
• Maintain rigorous adherence to budget constraints and provide regular financial reporting to stakeholders.
• Ensure project deliverables comply with institutional policies and industry best practices.

What youll need:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 10 years of project management experience with a proven track record in Ellucian Banner ERP implementations.
• Expertise in modules such as Student Finance and Financial Aid and understanding of higher education business processes.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and its application in a higher education setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage crossfunctional teams and multifaceted projects.
• Excellent communication negotiation and problemsolving abilities.
• Recognized project management certification (e.g. PMP PRINCE2).

Whats nice to have:

• Experience with the latest versions of Ellucian Banner and Ellucian Ethos platform.
• Familiarity with other project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Technical acumen with SQL PL/SQL or other database and scripting languages.

The projected compensation range for this position is $89000.00 to $134000.00 (annualized USD).
