DIRECT HIRE
Responsibilities
- Resolve manufacturing problems as they arise
- Identify ways to improve the manufacturing processes and cascade best practices across all product lines
- Lead root cause analysis for all production related issues and drive corrective action implementation
- Develop and maintain the manufacturing test stations
- Develop the requirements for the manufacturing test software and contribute to its improvement
- Provide manufacturing feedback to R&D on new products
- Work with R&D to facilitate new product launches through manufacturing release
- Develop and maintain production and test documentation
- Develop KPIs to ensure we can track manufacturing throughput and quality.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes include soldering PCB manufacturing ESD control
- Basic knowledge of digital electronics
- Ability to debug electronic circuits to the component level
- Software Programming Skills
- Degree in Engineering preferred but not required
