ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR

Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Supervisor. This role is on a fulltime permanent basis servicing our clients various contracts in the Oxford area.

Electrical Supervisor Duties:

• monitor regular inspection procedures (preventative maintenance programme) of equipment;
  
• ensure that all equipment and services are maintained and operated in a safe condition to comply with Health and Safety standards;
  
• undertake lighting maintenance repairs and installation as required;
  
• Contact the relevant manager concerning potentially dangerous equipment or safety breaches;
  
• Attend callouts during normal working hours and in addition be part of the outofhours emergency callout rota;
  
• Punctual site attendance wellpresented wearing relevant company supplied PPE and clothing; and
  
• Complete and submit clear concise and accurate reports for works carried out and any further work required.
  

Electrical Supervisor Skills and Qualifications:

Knowledge:

• Experience in either the Property or M&E industries;
  
• Experience in dealing with all types of Electrical installation and maintenance within property and mobile services sectors;
  
• Knowledge of building services;
  
• Able to work at heights; and
  
• Substantial understanding of overall Health & Safety.
  

Qualifications:

• 18^th Edition;
  
• NVQ 3 or equivalent; and
  
• C&G 2391 Test and Inspection
  

Personal Qualities / Skills:

• Valid driving licence;
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook;
  
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills; and
  
• Selfmotivated.
  

Electrical Supervisor Offer:

Hours per week are 08:00 to 17:00 negotiable 40 hour week;

Salary ranging up to 40k Depending on Experience 17.25ph;

Callout rota uplift applies;

25 days holiday (not including bank holidays);

Pension scheme after 3 full months service (3% employer contribution 5% employee);

Overtime available but not guaranteed;

Tablet and phone;

Company uniform;

Company works vehicle; and

employee referral scheme of 1000.
