The Electrical Service Technicians main responsibilities entail installation maintenance and general electrical services for our customers. Serving as our representative onsite your role is crucial in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties

• Installation maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems and components in residential areas.
• Providing technical support to customers
• Maintaining service vehicle and ensuring all equipment is accounted for.
• Following safety procedures during execution of tasks.
• Performing any additional duties as necessary.

Necessary Skills & Abilities

• Excellent communication skills
• Effective problemsolving abilities
• Familiarity with electrical systems and components
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Valid drivers license
• Valid Residential Wireman or Journeyman Electrician License

Required Education & Experience

• A minimum of 2 years experience in Residential Electrical service is required
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• Prior experience in home automation/electrical installation is a major advantage
