Electrical Project Lead

• Responsible for Power and switch gearrelated activities at Green field & brown field projects
• Study and conclude the technical specification of new requirement and cost details that align with the targets and requirements
• Coordinate with the user and suppliers and execute the activities with safe and quality output.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Study the requirement access the existing system and prepare the technical proposal. Prepare the cost estimation get approval with management Prepare the technical specification (RFQ) and discuss it with suppliers.
• Preparation of project initiation and planning activities like scope discussion with all stakeholders RFQ BOQ cost estimation technical alignment with suppliers PR creation in SAP and scheduling preparation.
• Review contract requirements for project execution organize the preparation of the technical document identify requirements and scope of work and review the basis of design design guidelines specifications data sheets and equipment layout.
• Utilizing standard processes tools and techniques. Ensuring that engineering activities are compliant with required industrial safety regulations and contractual requirements.
• Provide detailed technical assistance for precommissioning energization commissioning and startup as required by the project.
• Follow up with suppliers to complete the work within the allocated budget and schedule.
• Monitor & Control Overall quality control of the project during execution.
• Prepare the detailed schedule and time plan for the activity preexecution activities and postexecution activities.
• Project closing activities like project buyoff with all stakeholders Check and Acceptance report preparation Measurement sheet certification for suppliers
• Updating on daytoday activities and Subsequent plan with reporting manager
• Should have good knowledge In understanding Scheme drawing GA Drawing Electrical SLD Drawing Cable Tray layout and Layout

Essential Skills:

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communication.
• 10 15 years of experience in auto OEM ancillary line builder or service provider.
• Adherence to factory safety standards and procedures.
• Strong project management and supervision skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts extending work hours and week ends (when necessary) week ends etc.
• Willingness to accept other job responsibilities as and when needed.

Desired Skills: Proficiency in understanding scheme drawings GA drawings electrical SLD drawings cable tray layouts and earthing layouts.
