Job responsibilities include:

• Creating 3D CAD and 2D drawings for stators rotors and assemblies.
• Leading the development in electromagnetic design winding technology magnet technology steel stamping lamination joining electrical insulation systems interconnections and thermal sensing.
• Developing design validation and durability testing profiles.

Requirements:

• Proven exceptional ability in electromagnetics design.
• Experience in taking motor designs from concept to mass production.
• Knowledge of various coil winding and termination technologies.
• Familiarity with different magnet technologies.
• Essential skills include 3D CAD 2D Drawings DFMEA PFMEA.
