Through internal promotions they require an engineering manager to come in and provide the first level of electrical engineering expertise to their team while maintaining electrical equipment capability. Your Duties:

* Ensure planning and control of all aspects of downshift and shutdown engineering work

* Implement continuous improvement plans to strive for maximum standards

* Identify and implement design/development opportunities to improve plant reliability

* Drive the implementation of the PUWER compliance program for engineering

* Facilitate and lead development of all elements of the company asset management framework

* Monday Friday day shift

Requirements

* Electrical engineering manager degree educated with a background in automation/manufacturing/production or similar

* Experience managing a team of engineers

* Knowledge of strip processing lines

* Able to commute to Shotton
