Electrical Engineer II

Required Experience Skills and Education:

• 3 strong years experience with Siemens

• 3 years experience with control automation

• 3 years experience in PLC programming

• Bachelors DegreeElectrical Engineering

• Preference in SAP SCADA PLC/Logic programming Siemens and Rockwell preferred.

• Rod Mill operations and Compounding experience.

Job Description Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure the smooth operation of the Rod Mill facility.

• Conduct regular assessments and inspections of electrical systems machinery and equipment to identify potential maintenance needs or areas for improvement.

• Utilize analytical skills to troubleshoot electrical failures determine root causes and implement effective corrective measures.

• Collaborate with maintenance teams to plan and execute electrical maintenance repair and upgrade projects ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies for electrical systems and components to enhance equipment reliability and extend operational lifetimes.

• Analyze electrical performance data to identify trends anomalies and opportunities for efficiency improvements and energy savings.

• Participate in the design and implementation of new electrical systems installations and modifications ensuring alignment with safety standards.

• Maintain accurate documentation of electrical maintenance activities modifications and repairs for regulatory compliance and informed decisionmaking.

• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering to propose innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with diverse teams to communicate technical information provide expertise and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
