Electrical Commercial Site Supervisor

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in overseeing electrical installations and ensuring projects are completed efficiently safely and to highquality standards. As a Site Supervisor you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the electrical aspects of commercial construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all electrical installations on commercial construction sites.
• Coordinate with contractors subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Interpret electrical blueprints and technical drawings to effectively plan and execute installations.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during construction.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with relevant safety regulations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the electrical team including training and mentoring junior staff members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to project activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical construction with a focus on commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems codes and regulations.
• Experience reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
• Valid electrical license/certification (insert specific requirements based on location).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Familiarity with green building practices and sustainable construction techniques.
• OSHA certification or other relevant safety training.
