Knowledge & Design Elastic Search Engineer
Additional project information
Project is to implement and support Elastic search SaaS as a search platform and a vector database. This involved designing and implementing clusters indexes and other resources on Elastic. Managing multiple environments and supporting deployments and releases. Implementing and supporting CICD for elastic search.
As part of search enablement optimal retrieval and relevancy tuning is also part of the role and experience in lexical and semantic search will be expected.
Primary skill set
Skill 1 Elastic Search
6 Years of Experience in Elastic Search support and development. Preferably in Elastic SaaS. Implementing out of box and custom connectors. Customized indexing pipelines. Relevancy tuning and performance management of search are expected skills.
Skill 2 AWS
46 Years of experience in AWS.
Skill 3 Java API
34 Years of experience in Java API development.
Skill 4 Ability to coordinate between multiple teams and track/communicate the status and progress.
Secondary skill set
Skill 1
Python knowledge
Other Relevant Information
Team is working in multiple time zones. It would be expected to work in a shift which provides some overlap with US east coast hours.
