Uptopcareers is a leading EdTech firm specializing in executive education courses for
working professionals. We collaborate with prestigious institutions like IIM and other top
business schools to provide highquality educational offerings.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct telecounseling sessions to guide participants in making informed decisions
about our executive courses.
2. Understand candidate profiles to tailor counselling sessions according to their career
enhancement needs.
3. Effectively convey the benefits and advantages of enrolling in our executive courses.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Bachelors degree in any specialization. MBA is preferred.
2. Keen interest in interacting with participants and addressing their educational
requirements.
3. Excellent command of the English language.
4. Strong problemsolving skills.
Working Days:
Mandatory work from the office role from day one.
5 days working with rotational week offs.
Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM rotational shifts.
