EDI Mainframe Developer with the following skill set:
- COBOL DB2 development experience is preferred
- Application development experience in Design coding testing and debugging with mainframe skills such as CICS VSAM COBOL DB2 JCL SCLM.
- EDI knowledge is a must
- Should be able to write queries to interact with DB2.
- Execute various forms of testing unit system regression integration.
- Should have knowledge on promoting code to production using any of the tools good to have SCLM and INSYNCH.
- Manages all aspects of implementation planning & coordination
- Ability to provide and implement technical solutions to a wide range of problems.
- Experience in fixing job abends and working on minor enhancements.
- Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for the design build implement the minor enhancements.
- Should be willing to learn new technologies and collaborate with the team.
- Hands on experience on IBM Sterling Integrator version 5.2.6 preferred
- Knowledge and experience in developing maintaining supporting and monitoring of EDI IBM Sterling integrator preferred
- Good Knowledge and hands on experience in business process development preferred
- Extensive exposure on map development (X12 EDIFACT XML cXML CSV Flat files) preferred
- Good experience with various file formats like ANSI X12 EDIFACT XML cXML CSV Flat files preferred
- Proficiency in DB2SQL XML XSLT Web services APIs FTP/SFTP Java and JavaScript preferred
