EDI Developer

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and implement EDI processes and workflows
• Create and maintain EDI maps and documents for data translation
• Collaborate with business partners to onboard new EDI transactions and trading partners
• Perform testing and troubleshooting of EDI solutions to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Monitor and optimize EDI processes for maximum efficiency and reliability
• Develop and maintain EDI standards and documentation
• Provide technical support and assistance to internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in crossfunctional teams to integrate EDI with ERP and other systems
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in EDI and data integration
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of EDI processes and performance
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless data flow across systems
• Assist in EDI compliance and regulatory requirements
• Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions for internal teams
• Manage and maintain trading partner relationships and configurations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field
• Proven experience in EDI development and implementation
• Strong proficiency in EDI standards and protocols including ANSI X12 EDIFACT etc.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
• Experience with EDI mapping and translation tools
• Knowledge of integration technologies and middleware
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve EDIrelated issues
• Understanding of business processes and data flow in a supply chain environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detailoriented and analytical with problemsolving abilities
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Certifications in relevant technologies such as Certified EDI Professional (CEDIPTM) are a plus
• Knowledge of healthcare or retail EDI transactions is desirable
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Must have working Experience on any of these Ariba Coupa Hybrent IOS Workday Jagger.
• Must have working Experience on Punchout Implementation on 3rd party platforms.
• Must have good working Experience on cXML.
• Must have working Experience in any EDI Mapping tool.
