eCommerce Data Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze eCommerce data from various sources, including transactional databases, web analytics tools, and CRM systems.
  

• Identify trends, patterns, and insights from the data to support business decision-making and drive eCommerce growth.
  

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Magento BI, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to effectively communicate data findings to stakeholders.
  

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data analysis requirements and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  

• Perform data modeling and create data pipelines to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability for analysis.
  

• Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from databases, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  

• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and uncover new opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to eCommerce, such as conversion rate, average order value, and customer lifetime value, and provide regular reports to relevant stakeholders.
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to understand their data needs and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data analysis techniques, tools, and best practices in the eCommerce industry.
  

• Continuously evaluate and improve data quality, data governance, and data management processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of the data.
