Tiber Taber is an upcoming kid s apparel brand. () based out of Delhi. We are a young and passionate team, working together to build an organized Indian kidswear brand.
We are looking for a Brand Manager to lead E-commerce relations and operations.

Brand Manager E-commerce
Understand brand proposition and brand goals.
Involvement in formulating and executing the e-commerce strategy for the brand.

Cataloging and product listing
Reviewing title name and description.
Coordinating cataloging requirements with the design and production team.
Supervise cataloging with cataloging partners.
Execute cataloging gaps wherever needed.
Review catalog health on various platforms.

Website management ()
Formulation of strategy to increase traffic and revenue on our platform.
Analyze sales trends.
Identify areas of improvement and coordinate website updates with the performance marketing and digital team.
Work closely with operations, and customer support executives to improve efficiencies and customer experience.

E-commerce growth and sales
Conduct regular brand meets with vendors.
Coordinate requirements and concerns of all e-commerce vendors.
Formulate a channel-wise growth plan. Prepare vendor-wise sales projections.
Share collection plans with e-commerce vendors and plan promotions and campaigns.
Align marketing and promotional activities to meet sales goals.
Prepare sale strategy for best sellers, average and slow-moving products.
Review sale and return performance.
Identify gaps and opportunities to improve brand sales on each platform.

New partner onboarding
Review and explore new partnership opportunities, both in India and overseas
Negotiate terms and review contracts.

Skills and experience
4-6 years of e-commerce work experience.
Prior working experience on accounts such as amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, and other b2b marketplace channels.
Strong communication and pr skills.
Strong analytical skills Microsoft excel.
