Are you passionate about helping individuals maintain optimal ear health and hearing function We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Ear Health Consultants. As an Ear Health Consultant you will play a crucial role in providing education prevention and intervention services to promote ear health and prevent hearing loss

Tasks

Education and Counseling: Provide education and counseling to individuals regarding the importance of ear health hearing protection and strategies for maintaining healthy hearing habits. Ear Health Consultants must be able to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
Screening and Assessment: Conduct screenings and assessments to evaluate individuals hearing function and identify potential hearing loss or earrelated issues. Ear Health Consultants use specialized equipment and techniques to perform accurate assessments and provide appropriate referrals for further evaluation and treatment.
Customized Solutions: Recommend customized solutions including hearing aids assistive listening devices and protective earwear to address individuals specific needs and preferences. Ear Health Consultants collaborate with audiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive the most appropriate interventions for their hearing concerns.
Community Outreach: Engage in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about ear health and hearing conservation. Ear Health Consultants may conduct educational workshops seminars and screenings in schools workplaces and community centers to promote healthy hearing habits and prevent hearing loss.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in audiology speechlanguage pathology or related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of ear health hearing conservation and hearing loss prevention.
Experience in health education counseling or community outreach preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Commitment to promoting ear health and improving access to ear care services.
