E-commerce Manager

About The Company:

Agromat has been selling highquality tile materials and sanitary ware in the markets of Ukraine and Poland for over 30 years. Currently we are seeking an ambitious and responsible ecommerce manager to work with popular Polish marketplaces manage our store account and maintain our positive brand reputation on a market.

Tasks

• Creating a database of products on marketplaces such as allegro mediaexpert rozetka reuter
• Processing customer orders
• Servicing customer orders (delivery handling returns handling complaints)
• Working with documentation in Comarch ERP Optima

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in ecommerce sales on marketplaces.
• Experience managing an online store on a marketplaces.
• Ability to perform basic operations in Comarch ERP Optima
• Knowledge of document flow accompanying the sales process return process complaint resolution
• Negotiation skills with customers handling objections
• Responsibility friendliness attention to detail
• Polish language proficiency at a minimum of B2 level English at a minimum of B1 level

Salary: 6000 PLN nett commission
