• Train mentor and develop team members to ensure a high level of competency and efficiency in managing ecommerce operations.

Requirements

• Indepth knowledge of ecommerce platforms like Flipkart Amazon Jiomart Shopify etc. market trends and industry best practices.
  
• Proven track record of effectively managing and leading teams in an ecommerce environment.
  
• Demonstrated success in handling largevolume sales and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
  
• Should be wellversed in MS Excel office and PowerPoint.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
