E-Commerce Architect

The position

You have experience from various development projects and have held different roles in your career in the areas of software development and ecommerce. You possess an active and forwardlooking attitude and take responsibility for advancing matters when necessary. You ask clarify and solve issues without being asked and of course involve your colleagues as well.

You have a DevOps mindset I want to make releases quickly continuously and agilely with my own teams efforts. You produce code but you also want to understand what happens to the software before and after your contribution. Quality thinking in both your own work and your teams efforts is important to you.

Whats Desirable

The following aspects are at least partly familiar or easily applicable. Below is our wishlist:

• Language skills: Fluent in Finnish and English crucial for effective communication in our international environment.
• Several years of experience: you have for example led a subproject been responsible for the design of technical solutions or held other responsible positions in application development projects.
• Java expertise: Java is needed in our projects. If your Java skills are rusty but you are exceptionally skilled in other programming languages dont let that slow you down too much.
• Solid knowledge in some of the following software development tools and processes: Java REST CMS DXP Portal eCommerce JS React Integrations Docker CI/CD & Git.
• Experience in agile teams: you understand different roles and take your responsibilities seriously within your team. You do what you promise.
• Quality in software development: you have previous experience and insight into how quality should be built in modern software development. Its great if you have experience in automation testing.
• DevOps mentality: you know as much as possible about how the software production assembly line works from the first bit to the product used by the customer.
