Were looking for a B2B Outbound Sales Agent who will cover the UK & Irish markets. You will be part of a Team comprising of regional Business Development Executives Vertical Sales Managers and a member of the Dyson Professional Marketing Team.
Tasks
What youll be doing:
- Making outbound calls and emails to inform sell and arrange meetings for the generation of new leads.
- Working towards sales targets and aiming to exceed assigned targets objectives and KPIs.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads ensuring accurate and uptodate records.
- Upsell and crosssell additional products/services to existing clients maximizing revenue potential.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing outside sales Team etc.) to provide excellent service and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Managing additional administrative tasks including generating quotations processing orders reporting & forecasting.
Requirements
What skills & experience youll bring to us
- C2 level of both spoken & written English.
- Proven sales experience ideally within a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decisionmakers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Previous experience working with Salesforce software is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and leverage internal resources effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office in particular Excel Outlook and LinkedIn Navigator.
- Previous experience working in an international contact centre environment.
