We are seeking an experienced PartTime Bookkeeper to join our growing fullyremote team!
Our firm is seeking a dynamic bookkeeper with at least 23 years of experience providing bookkeeping services for both accrual and cash based accounts. If you are someone who is selfmotivated enjoys opportunities to expand your skillset & are comfortable managing client related administrative tasks wed love to hear from you!
Our ideal candidate will have
- Strong & proven background in Bookkeeping within Quickbooks Xero & is familiar with Zoho Books
- Fundamental payroll processing knowledge backed by an interest in increasing their expertise processing payroll
- Experience navigating bookkeeping for professional consultants ecommerce & ondemand property service clients(cleaning landscaping etc.)
- Proficient working in a fully remote environment requiring strong communication skills to interact with both team members & clients successfully
Responsibilities
Manage various client accounts daily to ensure books are consistently up to date
Assist clients in catching up with Bookkeeping services
Assist controller with payroll processing and reporting
Sync and Utilize ecommerce & other 3rd party integration apps for seamless financial management
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction across chat video clips & meetings
Answer any client questions or concerns via email and/or 1:1 meetings

2 years of experience with QBO Required! QBO Certification preferred.
Experience with Xero and/or Zoho strongly preferred
Familiarity with Keeper ClickUp ecommerce integration apps and Google Workspace.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
