Join our team as we make a splash in the world. As a Duty Manager youll oversee the wet side operations ensuring the smooth functioning of the pool plant roomgalas and activities;as well as line manager to a fabulous life guard team. This is a leisure job not to be missed!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide firstclass customer service to all members ensuring their safety and satisfaction. Coordinate events and activities delivering memorable experiences for all.

• Take charge of daily weekly and monthly pool plant operations conducting necessary checks and tasks. Handle health & safety incidents accidents and safeguarding concerns reporting promptly and accurately.

• Drive achievement of financial targets and KPIs including customer service and revenue.
  

• Line management responsibilities of the life guard team.
  

Requirements:

• Hold a valid NPLQ or equivalent certification

• Understanding of operational workings of the pool plant room.

• Pool plant qualification (desirable).
