What are you going to do:

In your role as the quality manager youll be responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of our products and services. Your duties will encompass the development upkeep and enhancement of various quality systems as well as the execution of audits and the management of essential documentation.

• Sustaining and continually enhancing the ISO 9001 quality management system.
• Organizing overseeing and monitoring both internal and external audits.
• Ensuring and refining work procedures and processes.
• Analysing data related to product quality and implementing actions to drive improvement.
• Handling customer satisfaction survey data and fostering awareness within the organization.
• Crafting supplier audit protocols and planning their future implementation.
• Establishing and supervising a quality control system specifically tailored to constructionrelated operations.

You will serve as a vital point of contact for management employees customers auditors and our international colleagues. Collaborating with your counterparts in HS and E you will jointly establish the HSEQ department.
