Your role

• Optimally oversee the handling of food delivery requests amplifying customer contentment and revenue by promoting additional sales and complementary items.
• Tackle and resolve customer issues grievances and questions connected to orders deliveries and payments.
• Work in conjunction with distribution centers and drivers to ensure swift delivery and efficiently manage handovers to pertinent departments.
• Interact with clients via outbound phone calls endorsing merchandise customizing suggestions and fostering customer loyalty.
• Gather and put to use customer input to enhance the comprehensive customer experience and the quality of service.

Requirements

• Dutch or Flemish (C2) English (C1)
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Good listener
• Contact center experience is an asset
• PC skills
• Willingness to learn
