Responsibilities:

Service Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating service activities including scheduling appointments dispatching technicians and ensuring timely completion of service requests. Prioritize tasks and allocate resources efficiently to meet customer needs and service level agreements.
  2. Multilingual Support: Utilize your fluency in Dutch German and French to communicate effectively with customers technicians and internal stakeholders. Provide assistance and guidance in multiple languages to ensure clear and accurate communication throughout the service process.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and addressing inquiries concerns and feedback promptly and professionally. Anticipate customer needs and proactively identify opportunities to enhance their experience.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Dutch German and French (spoken and written) is essential.
