For a customer based in the center of Barcelona we are looking for Inbound Call Center Agents who speak either Flemish or Dutch. Previous customer contact experience is not required but is appreciated. Candidates must live in Barcelona or be willing to relocate in the short term.
The candidate will be working in a project with relatively simple processes but accuracy is an absolute must. The candidate will be the main contact point for customers that have questions or issues with a banking application. There is a training program in which you will go through all the aspects of the job. The training period consists of 5 days.
