• Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and solving complex problems
  
• Familiarity with medical billing language Medicare guidelines or workers compensation fee schedules is advantageous
  
• Proficiency in simplifying complex situations and explaining them in straightforward language including when dealing with technology
