Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled DTP Operator to join our team. The DTP Operator will be responsible for designing formatting and typesetting various documents and materials using desktop publishing software. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail excellent design skills and proficiency in DTP software.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and layout text graphics and images to produce visually appealing documents.
2. Ensure consistency in formatting typography and layout across all materials.
3. Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deliver highquality designs within deadlines.
4. Modify existing templates or create new templates as needed.
5. Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and consistency.
6. Maintain an organized file management system for easy access to project files.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and software updates to improve design skills and efficiency.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a DTP Operator or similar role.
2. Proficiency in desktop publishing software such as Adobe InDesign and PageMaker
3. Experience in Hindi and English typing.
4. Strong knowledge of typography layout design and colour theory.
