Performance Marketing Manager (Offline/Online)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Performance Marketing Manager specializing in TV and Streaming platforms to join our team. This role will be pivotal in driving our growth strategies across linear TV streaming platforms and other online or offline channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in datadriven marketing a deep understanding of TV and streaming platforms and a track record of optimizing campaigns to drive performance metrics.

What youll do

  • Handson ownership of linear TV budget & performance including agency management regular reporting and efficient use of funds to achieve our brand growth goals
  • Own CTV / OTT channel including testing plans to scale channel effectively beyond where it is today. This includes working closely with media partners setting up necessary data feeds and optimizing audience and creative
  • Explore other channels (i.e. Direct Mail YouTube OLV etc.) to evaluate their likelihood of success for our brand; develop testing plans and KPIs work with agency & media partners to execute and evaluate.
  • Work closely with brand marketing team on messaging that is both compelling and onbrand
  • Forecast channel performance and its impact on the overall brand performance
  • Continuously optimize existing and new channels never taking your eye off KPIs and achieving business results
  • Be a thought leader in DTC measurement across channels and help shape our MTA approach to measuring performance

Required Experience

  • 5 years of experience in a performance marketing role with direct experience in DRTV
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business results
  • DTC brand experience in a data driven DTC brand or within an agency environment working on DTC accounts
  • Experience successfully scaling CTV/OTT for a DTC brand(s)
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen ability to analyze data for trends and discover insights that will have a meaningful impact on the customer journey and LTV
  • Experience with A/B testing in channels you have worked on
  • Ability to dive deep in data for insights and also optimize creative and messaging
  • Critical thinking and problem solving experience resulting in positive business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Eagle eye attention to detail

Nice to Have

  • Experience with MMM and MTA methodologies and platforms
  • Digital channel management experience
  • Direct Mail experience

  • This position is a full time exempt (salary) role
  • Salary Range: $100K $130K base salary
