Job Overview:

Thiscandidate will be responsible for 50 telecommunication tickets that mayinvolve data entry troubleshooting critical thinking inventory managementasset management etc.

Thiscould also involve traveling to the London OH site to take inventory of theradios etc./technology as it is sent/received for repair. Will involve somedata entry aspects to track assets.

Must Haves:

• Data entry experience
• 1 years within asset management
• Experience within infrastructure (telecom / VOIP)
• Resolving tickets / critical thinking skills
• Local to Ohio and comfortable with travel within the State
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Experience with asset inventory
• Ability to work remotely within a team environment and able to function with little/no supervision strong work ethic
• Willingness to be trained up to speed within telecom functions etc. of the organization

Plusses:

• Radio / radio frequency experience
• Motorola or Nokia or Samsung

• Experiencemanaging and troubleshooting over 50 tickets
