Drama teacher- Excellent school in Harrow- April start

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Drama Teacher to join an excellent school in Harrow. As a Drama Teacher you will be responsible for planning delivering and assessing engaging drama lessons to students in primary or secondary education. Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver interactive and engaging drama lessons to students according to the national curriculum
• Develop and implement schemes of work and lesson plans that cater to the needs of individual students
• Assess and provide constructive feedback on students progress and performance
• Create and direct school productions and performances
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and professionals to develop crosscurricular projects
• Stay uptodate with current trends and developments in drama education
• Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Drama or a related field
• Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent certification
• Proven experience in teaching drama to primary or secondary students
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Passion for drama and the ability to motivate and inspire students
• Organizational and timemanagement skills to effectively plan and manage lessons and productions.
