Responsibilities:
- Canvass assigned neighborhoods to generate leads and identify potential customers
- Engage with homeowners in a persuasive manner to promote solar energy solutions
- Conduct informative presentations to educate homeowners on the benefits of solar power
- Identify homeowners energy needs and provide tailored recommendations for solar solutions
- Set qualified appointments with interested homeowners for further consultation
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Requirements
- Previous sales experience in a door-to-door not required but preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Motivated and driven to succeed
- Basic understanding of solar energys benefits (training will be provided)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Strong time management

Benefits:

Pay:
- Commission Structure: $50,000-$150,000 per year
- Hourly Structure:$16.50/hr plus bonuses
Top reps earn up to $3,000 a week doing door to door.

Schedule:
- Flexible Schedule (Choose your own hours up to 40 hours weekly)
