Domains Architect (f/m/d)

Your Tasks:

Domains are the key element in any online success story. They are the technical connection to many web services and they are often the Brand Anchor for any business. Within the IONOS Domains Team we are looking for a passionate team member to help us take our domains business and products into the future.

• Determine the needs for new software, platforms and applications for our Domains and DNS Architecture, Products and Services
• Work closely with other technical and product stakeholders within IONOS to ensure the solutions meet all needs and conforms with internal standards and architecture
• Monitor domain industry developments closely to understand future impacts and ensure our systems are future-proof and flexible.
• Evaluate future technology, software and trends via testing and P.O.Cs and prepare our architecture for their future integration. For example Blockchain Integrations and Self-Sovereign Identity.

We Appreciate:

• +5 years experience as software developer or software architect in various programming languages.
• Outstanding knowledge of software and application design and architecture.
• Proven Stakeholder management and communication skills within an international environment.
• Experience in evaluating and implementing new technologies.
• Fluent in English or German- both would be amazing.
