Webtop/DFC/DFS /xCP(if present)/Content Server/DA/DQL/API
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
1. Minimum <> Years of experience in developing/customizing webtop custom objects/groups/jobs.
2. Good development experience in developing java components and REST services.
3. A strong and demonstrated proficiency in one or more business workflow tool like forms builder.
4. Proficiency in developing DFS services using Java.
5. Experience with cloudbased hosting platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes) is essential for building scalable and resilient could Documentum applications.
6. Solid knowledge of database systems is a must. This includes basic proficiency in working with relational databases (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL Oracle)
7. Work closely with Infrastructure teams and make sure required Infra and procedures (Load balancing Resources Backups etc..) are in place for a given Project/Program
8. Lead PoCs and bring them to closure with implementable recommendations.
1. Should have handled teams of size 57 and should be able to mentor the team.
2. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
3. xCP product working knowledge.
