We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Document Review Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a Document Review Specialist you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of client documents. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organizational skills and attention to detail to contribute to the success of our clients.

Tasks

  • Review and analyze various types of documents including legal agreements contracts and financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Identify and flag any discrepancies errors or inconsistencies in the documents and collaborate with the appropriate team members to resolve them.
  • Maintain comprehensive and organized documentation of the review process findings and any actions taken.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of document review processes and best practices to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including legal finance and compliance departments to gather necessary information and provide guidance on document review related matters.
  • Stay uptodate with industry regulations and trends to ensure compliance and provide recommendations for process improvement.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to document review and relevant technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in document review or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Proficient in using document management and review software.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
