2.Experience: Recruitment Sourcing Candidates Coordination with Consultants Relevant administrative experience should have knowledge in areas of Time Office Leave and Attendance and Statutory Compliances.
3.Language: English Local Languages

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Own Endtoend Recruitment Process Candidate Tracking / Interview Sales Marketing Logistics Back Office / Prejoining Medical / Joinup
2.Onboarding Organizational Onboarding Onboarding Tracking.
3.Time Keeping & Payroll Management
Compute variable pay as per the role parameters and data on achievement
Calculate monthly payroll data inhand payable amount statutory deduction forwarding of PF / ESI cheque
4.Employee Records
HE /She is responsible for inputting of data into the HRIS in: Employee Onboarding Details Leave and Attendance Module Employee TER DA. Updating details of existing employees/ left employees. HRD Module entry/ updating of data
5.All tasks of HR Administration.
6.Statutory Compliance
He / She is responsible for maintaining registers and tracking reports of compliances on a day to day basis. The administration part is owned by him / her however he /she will report to the ADHRE and all filing of returns will be overseen by ADHRE.
He / She should have knowledge of Applicable Acts are; viz. Shops and ESI Act Minimum Wages Act Provident Fund Employee State Insurance Corp. Payment of Bonus; Equal Remuneration Act Child Labor and Other acts.
HR Executive RESPONSIBILE FOR HIS/HER ADHRE
He /She see to his ADHRE as a mentor and learn more things from him / her.
Verify all data related to Statutory Compliance through their ADHRE.
Share their thought & ideas to his ADHRE which contribute in business growth & employees development.
All other activities updated and informed time to time.
