Critical Skills:

  • Project and program management skills with demonstrated project planning and execution
  • Collaboration skills with the ability to partner across diverse organizations and leadership levels
  • Ability to recruit train and effectively lead critical talent
  • Innovation with business process organization development and talent acquisition
  • Proficient with software tools required for workflow website maintenance and journal publications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal showing a proven ability to present information effectively to internal and external audience
  • Strong interest in analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
  • Understand the competitive landscape benchmark area performance drive improvements based on benchmarking Industry knowledge
  • Define organizational roles to meet business commitments establish clear goals and manage the organization to meet the goals
  • Ability to interact and influence all levels of leaders across the organization
  • Skilled in building programs that reach across all demographics and building programs that encourage community building while enhancing innovation
  • Demonstrated business insight and strategic vision bolstered by an ability to implement
  • Adhere to company safety labor and ethics policies.

Education:

  • Technical degree preferred
  • Degree or equivalent experience in business or organization development
  • Established educational background in a technical field combined with a good understanding of business processes program management talent acquisition and organization development

Experience:

At least 10 years of experience.

  • Must have led a small group of team members (5 or less) for at least 5 years
  • Handled a technical leadership program or worked in talent acquisition/organizational development areas for at least 5 years in a company
