Position Summary:
The Senior Director SALT Internal Tax is a dynamic and experienced leader responsible for establishing implementing and maintaining the firms SALT tax strategies. Reporting to the Chief Tax Officer this role collaborates with key stakeholders to modernize and transform the current SALT approach.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Evaluate current state and develop a strategy for SALT tax strategies.
Lead seamless delivery of reporting and compliance processes.
Communicate effectively on state tax matters to firm owners.
Engage with business leaders on key issues manage risks and identify opportunities.
Provide daytoday state tax leadership and drive process transformation.
Support talent acquisition and development within the Tax Function.

Qualifications:

15 years of strategic partnership experience preferably within professional services.
Deep expertise in partnership tax accounting and US/state tax requirements.
Ability to effectively communicate across leadership roles.
Masters in Tax/Accounting preferred; CPA required JD/LLM a plus.
Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel.
