Director of Sales (Healthcare) Responsibilities:

• Engage with businesses in the Chicagoland area and leverage your sales skills to positively impact their healthcare revenue cycle hiring and growth
• Manage a territory of prospects and own the sales cycle from start to finish
• Contact prospects and clients through cold calling (60 calls/day)
• Set and attend meetings with prospects and clients to identify their current or future hiring needs and present the value in working with Healthcare Revenue Cycle vertical
• Consistently generate revenue and work to meet or exceed personal and company goals

Director of Sales (Healthcare) Requirements:

• 710 years of experience in healthcare staffing sales
• Bachelors degree strongly preferred
• Track record of success in a fastpaced environment; youve hit or exceeded your metrics and revenue goals and can speak to your accomplishments
• Competitive and moneymotivated
• Receptive to feedback and hungry to keep growing your book of business
• Excellent communication skills; must be able to communicate over the phone and inperson with decisionmakers and show your ability to persuade and influence
